The two races of the lands are still in heated battle. Skirmishes often happen at the two races' borders, and there are still bloody death matches at the disputed lands. This is no time to show weakness.
Season ; Autumn
General Forecast ; Leaves litter the ground, painting the landscape into beautiful browns, yellows, and oranges. There is a crunch underpaw with every step. Prey has been diminishing, so it may be harder to find something to eat.

 The Ranks
« Thread Started on Aug 12, 2008, 7:03pm »

We all know that the two races both have special ranks that are completely unique to themselves, right? Right. So, with that being said, I will explain the ranks in detail for you to understand.

    Weaponmasters

Weaponmasters are Longtooths chosen generation from generation by each Weaponmaster. It is said that god itself shines down to the Weaponmasters, telling them of which kit to choose. No Weaponmaster ever speaks of the event, though. With that being said, many believe weaponmasters have a deep spiritual ability, and they respect them highly.

Apart from that, a weaponmaster will commonly take a cub under his or her wing. That cub is chosen by the weaponmaster, and will take fourth in the training from the time they can walk to the time they can slice an apple in two with a spear. Weaponmasters will train the cubs every day, teaching them how to hold a spear, how to use their claws to sharpen it, how to fight with it, how to fight close up, and, more importantly, how to help around the kingdom and protect the helpless. You see, that is a Weaponmaster's job. They are only there for protection, at least, that's what it seems to every cat who doesn't wield a weapon. To the weaponmasters themselves, it is extremely important, and isn't taken lightly. Weaponmasters, however, may not enter the battlefields.

    Witchdoctors

Witchdoctors are extremely peaceful and spiritual. Always calm in mind and soul, they think clearly, even in the heat of battle. One would thing time has slowed around a Witchdoctor, but it is merely inner peace. Just as the Longtooth's god shines down upon them, the spirit will speak to the Witchdoctors, telling them which wolf is fit for the rank.

After taking the pup under their watchful eye, the Witchdoctor will stay inside the camp, teaching the pup about different medicines in which to heal others with, and how to master elements. In many cases, witchdoctors are somewhat feared by their pack-mates, for they are suspicious of their powers. They deeply respect them, though, for they are the ones that heal their battle wounds. Witchdoctors, like Weaponmasters, are much too important to lose, and may not enter battle.
